We are honored to announce that our Past President and Treasurer, Leonard Ray Barton, BSc, MBA, PhD, SMIEEE, has been named an Honorary Member of the Order of Honor for 2025. Ray has been an invaluable member of INCOSE Canada, contributing significantly to the engineering community through advocacy, mentorship, and innovation. His leadership with the PEO Ottawa Chapter and his work with Vitesse ReSkilling have empowered engineers across Canada. In 2023, his company Enercom Canada was recognized among the country’s top IT and oil & gas service providers.
